Catching up on some Major League Baseball news. It looks like the Oakland Athletics are likely to leave Oakland and relocate to Las Vegas.
MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred told Chris Mad Dog Russo of Sirius XM that he’s no longer optimistic they will remain in Oakland, and a move to Las Vegas is likely.
The contract with Oakland ends in 2024, so the move might be announced as early this season as the next steps are.
