He has been playing in Triple-A since being acquired at the trade deadline back at the end of July. Keibert Ruiz has been tearing it up in Rochester. During his time in Rochester, Ruiz has played 20 games and has had 78 at-bats where he has had 24 hits, two doubles, five home runs, 14 RBI’s and has a batting average of .308

He’ll catch Josiah Gray, a battery that Washington hopes will be a staple in DC for the next half-decade.
