Yesterday, the Washington Nationals made it official that they signed RHP reliever Lucus Sims. In his press conference, Martinez already has a plan and emphasized what he wants to see from the right-hander: "His ball movement is good. A lot of times, it's based on where we want the catchers to sit to get him to throw the ball where he needs to throw it."
