Major League Baseball just released its 2025 top 100 prospect list, and the Washington Nationals have three prospects on this year's list.
It shouldn't be surprising to see prospects such as Dylan Crews (ranked #4), Jarlin Susana (ranked #79), and Travis Sykora (ranked #70) in the top 100. One notable player that didn't appear on the list was third baseman Brady House.

Marquis Grissom Jr. was drafted by the Washington Nationals in 2022 at the age of 21 from Georgia Tech. He is the son of major league outfielder Marquis Grissom, who played with the Montreal Expos, Atlanta Braves, and Cleveland Indians and was an ex-first base coach for the Nationals.
When Grissom was drafted, all the scouting reports talked about his fastball, which was usually thrown at 92-94 mph but could reach 96. At that time, his slider was rated above average with solid power (84-86 mph) and plenty of depth. The main concern was that his location and command of his pitches were inconsistent and that he had been hit hard at Georgia Tech with an ERA over 5.00. Read our full profile here.
